Alfredo Sauce Pasta

INGREDIENTS
Durum wheat pasta - 1 microwave bowl (small)
Salt
Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Unprocessed Cheese - 1 slice
Oregano seasonings - 1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 medium + 1 small (diced)
Capsicum - 1 medium (diced)
Garlic - finely chopped
Butter - 1 tbsp
All purpose flour (maida) - 1/2 tbsp
Full cream Milk- 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 2 spoons
STEPS
Boil durum wheat pasta for approx 7 mins (time varies according to thickness of pasta). Add 1/3 tbsp oil and 1/3 tbsp salt in boiling water.

Dice onion & capsicum in little squares. Microwave sweet golden corn for 30 -60 secs to defrost.
Take a Kadai and heat olive oil. Add onion and saute till slightly golden.

Add golden sweet corns & capsicum and saute on low flame until partially cooked (since we want to restore the crisp strata of capsicum & golden corn). Add salt to taste & 1/4 chillie powder.

Take a non stick pan & add 1 big tbsp butter and saute finely chopped garlic in it until light brown.
Then add 1 small tbsp maida & cook on low flame until golden brown.

Pour 1/2 cup full cream milk, little amount at a time with constant stirring in order to avoid any lumps . Add oregano seasonings & red chilli flakes. Add salt according to taste.

If the texture appears thick add a little water and constant stir till you get a smooth creamy consistency.
Add one slice of unprocessed cheese.
Usually parmesan cheese is used or mozzarella in the substitue, but unprocessed cheese may work if unavailable.

Your alfredo sauce is ready now

Add this alfredo sauce to the veggies in kadai.

Once everything is blend well it looks like this

Add pasta along with a little salt and black pepper.
Mix well & it's ready to serve.
